Sailing in DC

Happy birthday Erika and Tony!

We just bought our new-to-us 1978 26′ Seafarer sailboat today. After being involved almost daily in sailing for the 2 years I lived in Annapolis and with Erika’s time in Florida we both felt it was time to get back to being on the water. Our boat is named Summer Breeze for now, and probably through the rest of the season to be honest.

We are keeping her at Buzzard Point Marina in SW DC only about 3 or so miles from our home. Stay tuned for more as we get to know the boat and sailing in the DC area!
