The Barwarming party was a smash hit in my books.  Thank you so much to everyone who made it out, Erika and I had a great time showing off the new place and hanging out with you.  A special thanks to Chris Upham, our friend and Realestate Agent who provided the food and beer for the party, from start to finish in the homebuying process he has been first rate the whole way!

Everyone brought such fabulous beverages I can’t name them all but I definitly consider the bar ‘STOCKED’ and ready for a nice season of entertaining here in SE.  As expected the Wii was fantastic as a party toy, and we even got to take in the Old Town Alexandria fireworks from the roof which makes two great rooftop weekends in a row!

I don’t really have pictures from the party which is disappointing but at the same time its the mark of a good party to be so involved with the action that the cameras don’t come out. (also good for plausable deniability)

So once again thank you to everyone for coming out and sharing your ’spirits’! We missed everyone who couldn’t make it but we’ll definitly do it again soon.
